We are Damian and Mert - both in our mid-30s, family men and entrepreneurs from Düsseldorf and Essen. We launched mate in the summer of 2022. We were driven by the search for a stylish and powerful sonic toothbrush that was missing on the market. Unfortunately, we only found clunky models with a lot of plastic. That had to change.

Our preference for minimalist design and high-quality workmanship is evident in many areas of our lives, just not in the bathroom. This is exactly where we come in with mate. For us, this sonic toothbrush embodies aesthetics and quality.

But a great product does not make a good store. That's why our top priority is service.

We are not a well-known brand that can rest on its reputation or laurels. We have to do things better than others. We do that by guaranteeing fast, personalized customer service. Every question is answered by a real human being within the shortest possible time. Chatbots are banned from the premises.

Our understanding of a first-class online store is also fast shipping. That's why we ship all packages no later than the following business day after we receive your order. In most cases, even on the same day as the order. Here, too, we try to constantly optimize our processes to create an even better experience for you with us.
